MUSIC
The City of Kennesaw's 2019 Salute to America event will feature two stages of FREE, live music: the Depot Stage, located inside Depot Park, 2828 Cherokee St.; and the Main Street Stage, located on Main St. in downtown Kennesaw. View the music lineup.
fireworks
The evening will be capped off with a brilliant fireworks finale at 9:30pm. Fireworks will be visible from Adams Park, Depot Park and along Main St.
LOCATION & PARKING
RESERVED TABLES -

A six-foot rectangular table located in front of the Depot Stage can be reserved for $75. Each table seats six persons (chairs are included). The number of tables are limited and will be reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis. Tables will be randomly assigned, but location preferences and/or other special requests can be made.

GENERAL SEATING
With the exception of reserved tables near the Depot Stage, all seating will be general admission, so bring a blanket or comfortable low-back chairs. Caution tape, ground tarps and lawn blankets may not be used to designate seating areas prior to the event. As a courtesy to others, shade umbrellas, canopies or any obstruction limiting the views of spectators will not be permitted in the general event area.
food & beverages
A wide selection of entrées, cold beverages and delicious snacks will be available for purchase. Feel free to bring your own food and beverage in picnic baskets or coolers. Barbeque grills will NOT be allowed. Possession or consumption of any alcoholic beverages is NOT permitted.
ATTRACTIONS
In addition to street vendor and sponsor booths, additional attractions will include free and pay-to-play inflatable amusements and mechanical rides.
ATM MACHINES
ATM machines will be available for convenient cash withdrawals.

Portable restrooms will be available near Depot Park and along Main St.
PERSONAL PROPERTY
The City of Kennesaw will not be responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged personal property at the event.
NO SMOKING
Kennesaw city parks, including Depot Park, are “Breathe Easy Zones.” Tobacco products, smoking and e-cigarettes are prohibited. City Ordinance: Sec. 66-2.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
The event may be cancelled or postponed due to inclement weather conditions. If the event is cancelled or rescheduled, information will be sent to the local media for distribution and placed on this web site, and the City of Kennesaw Parks & Recreation's social media pages.
